Our Client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Officer will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Present company services effectively to potential clients.
- Organize and participate in community events to increase awareness of our rehabilitation and elderly care services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Represent the company at various business forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine interest in improving the quality of life for elderly individuals and rehabilitation patients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable engaging with potential clients and industry professionals.
